We understand that all development sites have their own individual circumstances, some sites are already allocated in an adopted or emerging Local Plan, others are filling a void where there is no five year housing land supply. Green belt sites may also be coming forward in advance of a review or landmark or town centre brownfield land re-developed. We will recommend an appropriate approach based on our knowledge and experience.
